Evermore Monthly Meeting Guidelines Meeting Time: The “Evermore" meeting is held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. sharp. Please note: 10:01 is considered late, and the block/fabric will cost $10.00. (Meetings typically last 30 minutes and include Show & Tell.) Show & Tell Participation: Participants must have their previous month’s block completed and ready to show. Everyone is expected to stay for the entire Show & Tell — you won’t want to miss the giveaways, special sales, and new arrivals! Blocks & Attendance: Each paid membership includes one free set of blocks. If you arrive late or are unable to attend for any reason, your block will be available for purchase for $10.00. Kit Distribution: Kits will not be given out early but will be available for pickup after the meeting
